SADV Vumatel WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

The most useless and unreliable internet/Wi-Fi service provider in South Africa, their agents are rude and are not even considerate, their incompetence are out of this world. My mom's account was debited multiple times and she still does not have Wi-Fi connection, after numerous times trying to call the number - ***, to be told it is the only number and it is only for WhatsApp, no email. We were told there are no offices. When we called Vumatel about their own service provider/customer we were dismissed by the call center agent without being assisted, even when we mentioned that the contact number we got it from their website as Vumatel
