SADV & Vumatel - *********** Service Provider, Useless and Worst Customer Service

We were debited twice in 1 month, we escalated the matter with SAVD, even spoke to a manager, what a bad service from this ISP, first you only communicated with them via WhatsApp chat which takes for ever. It took an agent more than 12 hours to respond (Thank you, you will now be routed to and agent - 10H13; Thank you for contacting SADV, this is Tshepiso, I am here to help you - 22H08), it has been over a month now, no manager called, no refund.

The worst part is that even Vumatel, who have listed this SADV in the website, says they cannot help/assist, how do Vumatel manage their own SPs that are reaping off elderly people?
