Sadv Vumatel and not being able to reach them

My boyfriend and I have been using Sadv vuma for almost a year now and every month it is a struggle to get connected nor contact them our connection has been cut off even though we have paid for it but we today the whole day they did not answer our texts fully and there isn't a line where you can call them for assistance. Honestly I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know they are ******
