Sadv 'vuma( bad service)

I ve made a payment on the 6th of January and to date my wifi service is not active. Everytime I lease with them via whatsapp I m told to send the proof of payment,it's been well over 48 hours without a resolve. The agents seem to be clueless and I ve sent countless emails to Sadv but no response. I m utterly disappointed with their service.
