SADV the worst at providing a basic SP service

I signed up with SADV but only since my previous Service Provider informed me that the transition of my service was made to SADV. I signed up and paid via EasyPay and have been waiting for two days for installation by Vumatel. I have followed up via their whatsapp support line but not getting any service. Only two agents responded in this time but they only routed my inquiry. I have now requested for this service to be cancelled. How are they still allowed to operate??
