SADV Sucks

I wrote a review regarding Vumatel I was not aware that our accounts are held by SADV.as soon as they opened today I called and I was number 8 from then on progressed to 5....I was number 5 in line for another hour and all I need from them is details of where I can pay manually or by EFT...Yesterday they promised to send the link...still waiting...and I must say I am so disappointed with their customer service...maybe I should move my business elsewhere where customers are taken seriously.
