SADV stole money from my account

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this useless company! I paid my service fee on the 28th February and then had a debit order of R754 taken out of my account on 1 March. I immediately sent a ticket asking them to refund my money. I got a response saying the money would be repaid but I haven’t had any repayment to date. I have now sent 3 tickets and have been ignored. This is theft!
