SADV should fire all their Support staff!

I have one question, what does customer support mean to this company? Because clearly it means nothing! These guys are pathetic!!! 4 days without internet and they cant answer a phone, or tell you what the problem is, or what the ETA is? Now after all of this, magically my internet is back, but it drops consistently, no stable internet! ***????????? PLEASE CAN VUMATEL fire all the idiot from SADV and get real staff members that actually have some people skills and pride in their company,
