SADV - SA Digital Villages - rather pathetic

SADV - SA Digital Villages - rather pathetic I recently moved house, and had fiber through Afrihost (installed by Openserve) at my previous residence. Installation and service was great by both. New complex has installation done by SADV - and for the past two weeks I have had daily communication with Afrihost about getting the service active. The fiber is already installed in the house, however needs to be activated by SADV. Here-in lies the problem! SADV promises on a daily basis (through communication with Afrihost) to make an appointment with me - this NEVER happens. Installation was "scheduled" for Friday last week which came and gone without any contact from SADV. I have tried calling SADV with hopeless and pathetic response from all their call centre staff. Numerous contact made via their website call-log function with NO..absolutely NO response or call back! This is absolutely pathetic! Today two weeks later still NO response from SADV. And this for a service I will be paying for, begging them for any form of feedback - useless! So if you are reliant on SADV - GOOD LUCK!
