SADV poor service

I sent an email 5days ago to cancel their connection as they were not helpful from the word go. It even came to the point where my data was disconnected because I was never given any form of communication of how to make payment. Tried calling their offices, the number did not go through. Sent watsapp was told to send email for cancellation. Did that and no form of communication to even acknowledge my email. My data is disconnected due to non payment. Was told it wil take 2 weeks for cancellation to be processed. Useless service provider, I will never recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing service
