SADV poor customer service

I scheduled my installation from Thursday for today at 9:30, it’s now nearly 2:00pm and I’ve been stuck at home waiting for them to arrive. I’ve tried to call several times, I’ve sent emails and I’ve contacted them via WhatsApp. I still haven’t heard anything back in regards to the installation. I’ve now had to cancel my plans for today, really isn’t fair. I’ve also paid the full amount for the Wi-Fi.
