SADV poor connection and poor customer care

I have limited to no connection for 2 months now and I pay my account on time, the whtsapp service is poor the consultants respond after 5 hours and they trouble shoot with me repeating everything I have tried before. I asked for a consultant to come and check outside cables and the router but they just wouldn't send anyone to my house. I have to sit right next to the router to connect if I take a step away I loose connection. I have sent numerous complaints via whtsapp and email. This is poor service
