SADV pay back the money

After a forced migration from SADV to VOX, apparently SADV is bankrupt and did not allow customers to give consent to migrate us to VOX. Prior to this, they double charge and are holding the funds hostage as "they are going through an audit" even after customer care agent promised that funds would be released in the following month. Always had terrible service from them and it only continues through their liquidation
