Sadv pathetic service
Sadv does not work on weekends. After logging a call on friday night with an agent that could not spell my name, i was told that they cannot help and that a technician can onky come out on monday. I mean seriously????? I have 2 small kids that depend on internet. What the ****** hell am i paying for? I will make sure i spread this news far and wide!!!!!! For sure

We have internal staff (technicians) that work over weekends, however, if an issue needs to be escalated to our subcontractors, they do not have teams that work on weekends, so we have to wait until Monday. However, since it is now Monday, please let us know if you have received a call regarding the team coming out to assist you? You can email us and we will try to assist further - ***.
