SADV - NO Customer Service

I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks now for SADV to tell me why my router is rebooting itself. They’ve promised to replace the unit, but so far i have to make calls and ask why, there’s no sense of urgency on their side, and one cannot even get access to the supervisors.
