Why does it take 8 days to do a 2 minute connection ? No help from rsaweb and or sadv who cant go on Dec holifays fast enough , i still have to phone between service providers to make sure their job is done . Unfortunitely they have monopoly so deal with their incompotence or sit without fibre

19 Dec 2019, 12:04Good day Francois, unfortunately, our installation shutdown started from the thirteenth of December and will resume of the thirteenth of January next year and was communicated to all ISPs. Our lead time for orders is fourteen days and unfortunately, your order was not placed in time to be scheduled before the shutdown. We will ensure you are contacted the first week back in January. 19 Dec 2019, 12:29My installation was COMPLETED on the 11Dec already, two days before your shutdown, it just had to be ACTIVATED a 4 minute process, i had to convince WEBSA that i have a black box because your technition didnt even communicate that, I had to take the box off and phone in with the serial number. So now i have to wait more than a month for a 4minute service? Apology not accepted
