Sadv ****med me

Hi everyone, please I'm looking for assistance, I Paid 399 for my fiber instalation, 3 weeks back, since then, sadv they're no lounger responding my msgs even if I call them they're not picking up my calls, Agent send me link to pay with and i paid, then they send me order number when I contact vuma for the installation, they say my service provider cancel my order, so I have to contact then to activate again, I try to call sadv, no way to be found, even is I send msgs they ask for ID number, once they see my ID, they don't reply, antil now I have all the proof of payment, and order number, VR number, I try to log in a complein but they don't respond my what's app msg, they don't call... I guess this is a real ****...if there's anyone who could help me, I'll be appreciate, at list they have to say something than to egnoring me after I paid my money.
