SADV Madadeni Newcastle bad service

I am utterly dissatisfied with the service this internet provider is giving us. The WiFi has been down since yesterday at 4am. Every time we call they tell us about a service breakdown. The breakdown has been over 24 hours now. We are working from home but we have to buy Data when we have paid for the WiFi.

These people are bad.
