SADV ISP THE WORSTE KIND

I have Signed up with a ISP which uses Vumatel as their host or should I say there connection. I have found that none of them will take responsibility for doing anything. This is like asking one drunk to ask the other to give me directions. SADV is the worste ISP I have ever come across they ate utterly useless no response from any of there technicians or technical team . I have been made to make an immediate payment for a service I don't even have after 16 days .When asked about my cancellation they don't even have my details . Beware don't ever sign up with SADV they are as hopeless as they are spelled they might as well be a Gov ISP no service just ready to take people's money. Just beware when you choose a ISP .they all sound good but how true are they.
