SADV ISP Horrible service

SADV has no contact number, and the only way to get help is through WhatsApp. I have sent through my query multiple times and promised that I am being routed to an agent, but it's been 5 days and I am still being routed to an agent. Can I have a refund of my money, please. It seems like once we have paid, we are then ignored. Horrible service. Worst ISP ever.
