SADV is the worst ISP

Payment allocated to the wrong account, logged the query on Wednesday 20/11/2024. They gave me a turnaround time of 48 hours, it's passed that now and Terry the agent feels he needs to remind me that it's my fault that our Wifi name is linked to someone else's account. He now says there's no TAT because this an issue that a lot of customers are experiencing. They also say a refund is not possible! Oh did I mention that their phone line is not working???
