I requested my Fiber line moved in October, you contacted me on the 20 Nov and advised that you will connect me at the new Address on the 28th Nov, that's come and gone it's now the 5th Dec and I keep getting told I'm on a list, a list that as long as a piece of string, are you just busy or ***********?

16 Dec 2019, 10:32Your dhcp has failed on the fiber CPE device link 4 times since last week Wednesday, last night you connected a Huawei LTE router to this link and served dhcp requests from there, there was only 2 other host alive on that subnet, I can only assume you were trying to compromise my network and perhaps that of your other clients, you have now restored the original dhcp for the wan break out, however you have dropped my speed down to 1mb up and 1mb down, Why?

16 Dec 2019, 10:44I feel bad for going off on Cool Ideas and canceling them, however now that I'm sure you are the weak link here, I have no problem extending my apologies to Cool Ideas for fighting with them over this, however you, you owe them for having lost them a customer and God only knows how many customers you have cost them, Afrihost will now have to take up the fight with you, it does not matter what ISP I move to you will always be the weakest link.
