SADV IS THE MOST PATHETIC ISP in SA

SADV and VUMATEL are the worst service providers I have ever had to deal with. I was given an easy pay reference on 1st July 2024 and immediately I went and made payment at Pick n pay, I had to call Vuma and whatsapp SADV to inform them that I have made payment but until now 14:24 on 2nd July ,I am still not reconnected. I called Vuma this morning and they told me that a ticket was logged to SADV and there's nothing else they can assist me with, this is so pathetic , it means I will have to call vuma again tomorrow morning, as for SADV whatsapp line ,it's the most unhelpful platform one can ever use.
