SADV is the absolute worst provider and does not deliver!

Dear reader, SADV client or potential SADV client We are an Internet Service Provider and Re-seller and have been struggling with SADV for years! Unfortunately, in most cases we are forced to use their services, as they are the only provider available. How they manage to "sell" themselves to estates and neighbourhoods, are beyond us?! We have numerous open orders with them, some (7) are 6 months and older. SADV, why do we have to beg you for service and feedback?! Do you mention this issue to your potential clients?! We are at the point where we cannot recommend SADV to anyone, ever!! Please stop being dishonest; provide us with proper feedback regarding open orders and more accurate installation time frames. If you do not know, or cannot provide on what you promised, please be honest about it, instead of making more false promises. Please sort out your Project Management and Technical Teams, they don't seem to know what is going on most of the time. This review is a cry for help...and feedback. Please do what you can...
