SADV is a complete joke and a waste of money

This is the lousiest service provider you can ever choose, no sense of urgency no accountability, its just as useless as they come. Horrible service! I've been out of internet for about 24hrs already and i have been trying to contact them since yesterday i still don't have a solution, not even a meaningful conversation with a representative which is totally unprofessional. im being told that my line was disconnected because there was no payment made, even though i didnt see a attempt for a debit, i went on to tell them to send me a payment link i have been waiting on this the entire day. at that time literally everything i have works with Wi-Fi so now i have to be buying LTE at my expense simply because it takes the whole year for these guys to attend to issues, their Whatsapp bot isalso the worst! completely unhelpful just a waste of time. i spent over 2 hrs holding on th ephone to get through to them and i still didnt go through. if anyone were to ask me id advice them to pay a little more than what these SADV guys charge,atleast you will be guaranteed better service
