SADV - I am done with them. It is my money after all and there are a lot of SPs out there.

A few days ago I called the help line. I waited for 40 minutes being first in line. When I got to be answered, I was told to hold while the guy investigated my case. I held for another 45 minutes. Outrageous, I know. It was as if the person decided to just put the phone on the side and continue with his other business of the day. :( But that was not all, I dropped the call and called back again. This time I was 8th inline, I held till I was first in line for 54 minutes. Now I am typing this holding and have been first in line for the past 31 minutes. I am infuriated, again.
