SADV horrible to clients.
THE WORST customer service, nonchalant attitude about matters and cannot be bothered about clients.
My wifi was not connecting in my apartment I was back and forth with the terrible afrihost and sadv and all that would say is on their side everything looks fine yet I still cant connect.
The worst client experience disgusting assistance. No matter what you say they dont help yet you need to pay every month.

Please could you let us know if you have since been assisted - however, we cannot assist with why your router cannot connect, we can only check the fibre connection to our device. Afrihost will need to assist further. However, we are more than happy to escalate this to them.
