SADV has terrible service from start to finish.

Firstly, this is my first review, because I do not like to leave bad remarks and deter people from businesses. I just can't anymore.

When I was signing up it look about 6-8 weeks to get the service up and running with no engagement from their side.

I then called to ask if I could get an extender or change the router because it doesn't cover the area of the apartment... They responded saying they have checked and my WIFI is active. After trying again to explain my WIFI is working, but I would like a better router or extender, I never got a response. three months later and still nothing.

I have now tried for weeks to get my line upgrade, first online using the self help option(do not use this option, it does not work) They didn't get the request. I then waited two/three weeks. Nothing. I called and they said they did't get anything. I then had to log it over email. I called back and they said it would be done by COB the next day. Yet again, that didn't happen. Then they said the latest would be Monday the following week. That didn't happen either.

I then called back and they said they would add me to the list to get a new router(which I was not on) because I needed that to get access to the internet. I have a router and have internet and my WIFI works, I just need it upgraded. I was told they would contact me shortly, and it should be done by COB. (Waiting)

I have also now logged onto the portal where it says I am over due on a payment. Firstly, it is a debit order that they set up, and I have never missed a debit order. How am I over due when they deduct the funds from my account? Somehow one invoice was partially paid. Yet, I see the full amount was taken, but I have a random amount of 70 or so Rand outstanding from Feb. Not once was I contacted, regarding this, nor do I have a reason why suddenly there is this outstanding amount. Never mind the fact that the invoice is 8 months old and nothing has been done about it.
