SADV gives customers bad service

I have paid this company for my home fibre in December and it only worked twice. I then send them email since they don't have a working telephone, they came and fixed but it worked for only 1 hour on Friday. I thought it was because of payment, then I paid them on Friday. It is still not working. I need them refund me and disconnect their line so that I can go to other service provider.
