SADV- FLY BY NIGHT ISP Provider.

Worst ISP ever! How can you run a business and not be reachable. Only reachable on WhatsApp but again, no responses on WhatsApp. Made payment yesterday, no network on WIFI and on whatsapp i have been routed to an agent since yesterday nothing still. SADV is an ISP provider under Vumatel and wonder how Vuma allows such nonsense. Its all complaints to people's monies ****** by false pretency to no services. Even if they activate services after 15-days, there is no compensation to downtime. Wondering if other ISP's are seeing this. Vuma referred me to them and this is what we get. They listed under the Vumatel website and we appeal something be done about this. You can imagine how many people paid some not in this platform. You can take the money but you have just lost a client in me. Not only me of course.
