SADV EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE 😢 FOR INSTALLATION OF VUMA FIBRE.

My experience with this service provider was extremely horrible, I've been phoning them for the past two weeks their AI answering machine gave me an option for them to call me back but no one phoned me. Then I tried the WhatsApp number again it's even worse 🙃, I was chatting to Athandile for an hour then said to me I must hold for the relevant department image that, I had to wait for Millicent who told me my Vuma installation was done on 2025/03/04 12:30 so it clearly shows that they are *********** then I told her they never came to do the installation as promised, so she said she will escalate the matter to the line manager for further assistance but that never happened so my fellow shoppers I would like to inform you DON'T EVEN IN DARK MOON TRY TO INSTALL Vuma Fibre with all this service providers their service is extremely poor SADV they say they do XTRA!. I agree you do XTRA in poor service 😢 😕
