SADV empty promises and no service

So I moved a few months ago, to the north of Bloemfontein, I previously used fiber of openserve, but in Hillsboro they only have SADV, i app**** from Afrihost in February and in March Hillsboro went live. After a battke with Afrihost, that SADV site does not allow applications for my area and weeks, it was fixed and order posted, told it will take 7 to 14 days for install, time went by and after many support tickets and phoneing, each time getting a promise for a install schedule before friday that never happens or told the area has a fault. It has bern now almost 3 months of promises and no installation and I told them its urgent as I work from home. How do SADV run a business where they have empty promises and not installing to provide a service. Maybe by the time they eventually come to install another operator like Openserve will have fiber here because they just dont deliver.
