SADV Double deducted my Bank account and never refunded me

On the 26 September 2023 the company double deducted my bank account...I sent SADV whatsapp massage regarding this matter, they asked for my bank statement which I did sent on the 27 September, they replay that an SMS payment link was sent but it was a **** i never receive any SMS from this company and no feedback from them as everday i send Whatapp massages 6 times and emails but no feedback till this day no refund was done
