SADV does not want to refund me

Disappointed I paid sadv for my fibre in october 2024 and was only connected for 3 days I reported the issue and was told that the technicians wont be able to come and they dont hknow on what day will they be able to come. I requested for a refund till today I am still waiting for my money. I have sent all the documents and proof of payment they requested but every time they say the did not receive the documents. I got a message from them saying that my tickect has been closed.
