SADV disappoints!
During December SADV sent a circular that the fibre installation has been delayed and the new date for activation would be 30 January 2019 in Die Boord, Stellenbosch. I have been contacting SADV many, many times with regards to installation of fibre. The consultant attempts to be helpful but there has been no commitment or date to complete the installation. The connection to my house and router have been installed during 2018 already. The standard reply is that they are awaiting for feedback from the sub-contractor. The sub-contractor has nothing to do with me. The service from SADV is really pathetic.
