SADV customer service improvement

I would like to appreciate the efforts that SADV has done to ensure that I'm become a satisfied customer with their services, amid the 5 days internet Outage with no communication, i was left frustrated and missed my zoom meetings and expressed my frustration here on hellopeter, the efforts the consultants made on contacting me and explained their technical issues reinstated my initial thought about them when i became their client......
