SADV "Communication or rather, lack thereof"

I simply don't know where to turn to anymore.

SADV a full Telecommunications Operator (or so they claim) has failed to communicate.

Multiple attempts have been made to contact SADV, only to be met with "We will call you back" and then no further follow up.

Who can I talk to? Who can I email? Communication is open on our side.

Where is "World Class services" SADV boasts on their website?

Where is "We will take ownership of the project from end to end, getting *involved* with the project management..." ?

Isn't this false adverti*****t ?

I'm sorry, I'm struggling to see any light when SADV is keeping us in the dark so much.
