Sadv bad service because we in townships

The experience is discussting no assistance with regards to issues in khayelitsha we have neighbors with the issue and ww are told its a high risk area yet we have been using the service making people pay for service yet bo one comes to install or assist when we have an issue I work from home a d need to be connected please inform me if I should cancel because my wifi is not working.
