SADV. BAD BAD SERVICE

Yesterday i spent 45 cell phone minutes to be told I was caller number 3. I also left two messages. I called this morning jst after 7.00am to be told I'm caller number 5. I left another message. I think they only have 1 customer service operator. Has anyone else ecperienced this problem?
