SADV and Afrihost Shocking Service

Shocking Service from SADV and Afihost. We are a new customer and only started using the fibre on 1 December 2019. The fibre went down in Silverfields Area , Krugersdorp on Saturday14 December and is still down. No feedback from SADV as well as Afrihost. One has to follow up for feedback and ETR as Afrihost doesnt provide feedback. When you follow up then you get informed they are working on the issue, but nothing happens further. Really bad service and wont recommend any of these providers to anyone.
