SADV activation, how difficult could it be?

My MWeb Fibre with SADV was installed at my home on 5 March 2020 already, I received my router from MWeb on 6 March and it was connected. However, almost 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for SADV activation. I've escalated numerous times to MWeb who then escalate to SADV but nothing happens. MWeb told me that SADV should activate the fibre WORST CASE 48 hours after installation, yet here we are, 8 working days later and still no activation.
