SA Digital Villages the new Telkom

My whole suburb has been without fiber internet for over a week now. SADigital Villages say There was a break in our area, UPON FIXING THE BREAK THEY CHANGED THE CONNECTIONS AROUND. Have you ever heard such incompetence. Someone called Diana Foster wrote on Tuesday, bare in mind this is Thurdsay 19th, It will take 2 hours to complete and then they will start patching the splitters back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. When you phone the they say 10 people in front of you in the line. After 15 minutes i hung up as I was no 8 in the line. Pathetic service.
