SA Digital Villages!!!! Pathetic
Seriously!! I have logged a problem with SADV over two weeks ago and slit they are no doing any thing to fix my fiber line. This is not how you do business. Seriously pathetic from your side!!

31 Oct 2019, 10:25Hi Chrizaan, apologies for the down time and lack of assistance from our side. We have located your ticket and found that one of our Support Team Leader's has responded. Unfortunately there was a break and we need to do sixty meters of trenching in order to resolve it. As we need to trench, we also need the council's approval in terms of a wayleave approval. We have app**** for the wayleave and as soon as it is approved, we will fix the break and restore services. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
