SA Digital Villages not playing fair!!

I am a online gamer. Games played on servers that are overseas need good upload speed. When I started with SADV, the connection and upload speed was brilliant. But as time went on, my 10Mbps line started to drop. Upload speed was usually far above 2Mbps. Now it is below 0.9Mbps. I send screen shots from HTML5 Speed test and even SADV speed test. They say there is nothing wrong. I plug in a LTE router, do the same line test, 2Mbps, game is running like a dream. Get the clients, give them a good connection, and then slowly bring it down. Is that what SADV is doing?
