SA Digital Villages FTTH FARCE
The worst experience of my life is with these people. I have an FTTH line installed for little more than a week now by them. And during that time if the line was up for more than 5 days continiously, it's a lot. SADV keeps on blaming VOX, my service provider and, VOX on the other hand keeps on blaming SADV and I am sitting, in the middle, paying for a PATHETIC service - or rather, lack of said service. So much for FTTH, as it seems to be worse than an ADSL line. SADV, why should I put up with this, give me one good reason?

31 Oct 2019, 16:22Really!! This your reply SADV. No wonder 214 out of 254 reviewers think your service is pathetic. That is an 84% fail because you couldn't see the trees for the woods. Very conveniently no telephone calls that I made to SADV, which is recorded by their own admittance, is mentioned in your reply. So, one "logged call" versus the same logged call and about 4+ phone calls where I admittedly indicated my displeasure with the lack of service and the rediculous turn around times on service delivery when it comes to outages etc. I even indicated that SADV can come and remove this white elephant from my dwelling and refund me for the period that I have paid. Yet SADV does not want to acknowledge that they are at fault and they ignored my request. Therefore your reply means absolutely nothing based on what really happened and is still happening.

31 Oct 2019, 16:57Hi Martin, according to our system you are up and running - if that is not the case, please let us know and we will reopen the ticket with your ISP. You ISP is your first line support and should they need to escalate to us, then our team will assist, which according to our system, they have done. If that is not the case, then we are more than willing to re-look at the issue with your ISP to fix the problem.
