I had a good sign up sale experience with SA Digital Villages' Ignatia for fiber installation.

I loved her prompt response to my emails at 8h30pm on a Saturday. I didn't expect that they were trading at that time.

She called me to make sure the sale happens and was very enthusiastic in her interaction with me. Even when I chose to use another ISP over SADV, she didn't sulk but directed me on how to go about with the sign up process.

Kudos to her and her company for this customer service culture.
