SA Digital Village fiber connection

Fiber Installation was done on 17 Feb 2020. The installation was not done correct. The line needed to be re-provisioned. I have logged daily calls with Afrihost to get this resolved. SADV advised that some splicing was not done. From Monday 24 Feb 2020 they keep on saying that technicians was dispatched. That latest reply on 02 March is that it would be completed by Friday 6 March. If they know where the break is how can it take 2 weeks to solve this problem.
