The month of July I received 2 invoices to be paid, I tried following up with the so called accounts department. They don’t reply. They took my number for call back and no calls. I was charged the R999 which was not stipulated anywhere in the contract at the time of joining. I was ****** during the day. I got escalation for the matter and from the 7th of August I await a response. The case still lies open and unattended. How can you charge someone once off fee not stipulated anywhere on the contract?
