Riaan Grisel and SADV... How long is this jerk still going to work for you

I wrote a post a few months back about SADV Nelspruit. They did respond I have to give them that. But what Riaan Grisel and his receptionist Rochelle did today is unexpectable. Funny enough they proved how unprofessional and rude SADV Nelspruit is. We have had difficulties with our line for almost a week, we have been struggling to get hold of Nelspruit for a week. When we got hold of Riaan Grisel he shouted at my 70 year old mom.. When she told him in a very calm voice that he is rude... He put the phone down in her ear.

Could you please tell me how this is professional??? How are we suppose to deal with a jerk like that????
