Request to pay by debit order

I just spoke to Sihle from SADV - Vuma regarding my account, i had requested that my account be a monthly debit which he agreed to sent me ref numbers and all.

This morning he calls to advise that he had created an incorrect order which is easypay again not payfast as requested.

I then ask to speak to his team leader... He agrees but keeps me on hold then cuts off the line.

Now i need to know, because i had done every thing i was told why am i not getting rge the service as requested
